Natalie Waters is a Development, Success Coach and Behavioural Profiler.

She is passionate about empowering people to take charge of their own lives and live the life they truly want. She is committed to assisting others in unlocking their true potential to have the opportunity of being the best version of themselves, so that they can achieve extraordinary success, whether that be personal, professional success, business aspirations, career changes, relationships or just life itself.

Her interest and intrigue in Behavioural profiling had perhaps come from her past roles and experience over the last 13 years in law enforcement and various government roles both in Australia and the Middle East. These positions saw her take up roles in Australia such as working at sea in the Southern Ocean and top end of Australia’s coastline with the Australian Customs National Marine Unit in the fight against drug importations, illegal immigration and other crime. A move with her family to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, saw the past 8 years working with both the Australian and British Embassies, working with many government departments such as Prime Minister's Office, Governor General, Foreign and Trade Ministers, various British and UAE heads of government as well as close personal protection for H.M The Queen. Facilitating hostage negotiation training and other varied enforcement roles has given her with an in-depth understanding of the different behavioural types in the law enforcement space, which has provided her with an interest to become a specialist in human behaviour and behavioural profiling.

Natalie’s approach to life is with adventure and variety. Her passion is passing on these highly impacting profiling skills and assisting others to living the life they truly want and deserve.

Natalie lives with her husband and 6 year old daughter, on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
